Welcome to Shanghai Fissure Technology Co., Ltd. ("SFT", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our services.

SFT specializes in industrial combustion components, including burners, valves, and controls from brands such as Riello, Honeywell, Siemens, and others.

• Authenticity: We guarantee that all products supplied are genuine parts from the respective manufacturers unless explicitly stated otherwise as "OEM compatible" or "Replacement".
• Technical Specifications: While we strive for accuracy, technical specifications provided on our website or in catalogs are for reference. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify compatibility with their specific technical environment before purchase.
• Availability: Stock levels are dynamic. A quotation provided by SFT is valid for the period specified on the quote (typically 7-30 days) and is subject to prior sale.

All orders are subject to acceptance by SFT. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Pricing: Prices are quoted in USD, EUR, or CNY as agreed. Prices do not include taxes, duties, or shipping charges unless explicitly stated (e.g., CIF terms).

Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). For stock items, 100% payment is required before dispatch. For indent orders, a deposit may be required.

We offer global shipping via Air Freight (DHL/FedEx/UPS) and Sea Freight.

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees incurred in the destination country.

Warranty: SFT passes through the manufacturer's warranty for all new products. The warranty period varies by manufacturer (typically 12 months from delivery). Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship but excludes damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Returns: As a B2B supplier of industrial components, returns are generally not accepted for non-defective items unless authorized in writing by SFT. A restocking fee (typically 20-30%) may apply to authorized returns.

*Electrical components (e.g., ignition transformers, relays) are non-returnable once installed or connected to power.

In no case shall Shanghai Fissure Technology Co., Ltd., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Yangpu District, Shanghai, China, where SFT is headquartered.
