Product Overview
The Riello 530SE (also known as RBL 530SE) is a digital primary control box designed for the automatic management and supervision of single-stage light oil burners. It serves as the “brain” of the burner system, ensuring safe and efficient operation in compliance with European standards (EN 267).
Key Functions & Operation
-
Sequence Management: It controls the entire burner cycle, including the pre-purge phase, ignition activation, oil valve opening, and continuous flame monitoring.
-
Integrated Ignition: Unlike older electromechanical controls, the 530SE features an incorporated ignition transformer logic, delivering a high-voltage spark (approx. 8kV) directly for fuel combustion.
-
Safety Lockout: The device continuously monitors the flame via a photocell. If a flame is not established within the safety time (typically <5 seconds) or if the flame fails during operation, the control box immediately shuts down the fuel supply and enters a “Lock-out” state, indicated by a red warning light.
