The Riello RL 70 is an automatic two-stage light-oil burner with a firing range of 255/474–830 kW. A hydraulic actuator controls the combustion-air damper, and separate first- and second-stage oil valves regulate fuel delivery.
Product Specification
- Monobloc forced-draught construction with a sound-insulated air intake and backward-curved centrifugal fan.
- Adjustable hydraulic ram controls the air damper.
- Output-adjustable combustion head with a corrosion- and heat-resistant stainless-steel end cone, ignition electrodes and flame-stability disc.
- AL 95C gear pump with filter, pressure regulator, pressure-gauge and vacuum-gauge connections, and internal bypass for single-pipe installations.
- Oil-valve assembly with one safety valve and two delivery valves.
- Photocell flame detection and RMO microprocessor-based safety control with diagnostics.
- Burner on/off switch, manual first-/second-stage selector and flame-inspection window.
- Slide bars for installation and maintenance, and radio-interference suppression filter.
