Honeywell C7012E1104 is a dynamic self-check UV flame detector with 3/4 in. NPT mounting. It uses 6 leadwires, 8 ft (2.4 m).
Product specification
C7012E1104 has a 3/4 in. NPT mounting connection and six 8 ft (2.4 m) leadwires. Its shutter periodically interrupts UV radiation to check the sensing tube through the compatible dynamic self-check amplifier. This is the ordinary NEMA 4 enclosure, not the F explosion-proof housing.
Replacement options
The historical successor was C7012E1112, which is also discontinued. For a system upgrade, assess C7061A1053 with the appropriate R7861A amplifier. The existing R7847C arrangement cannot be carried over to C7061. Check the controller, wiring, supply, mounting and flame-failure response.

Control compatibility
Use the matching R7847C dynamic self-check amplifier with a compatible Honeywell 7800 control. The historical manual also lists R7247C systems. Flame-failure response and permitted wiring follow the complete control/amplifier combination.
The manufacturer places C7012 in its discontinued-product archive. Stock supply is quoted against the full model and nameplate.
