Product Overview

Honeywell C7061A1046 is a dynamic self-check UV flame detector with 1 in. NPT mounting. It uses keyed molex/woodhead connector.

Product specification

This receptacle version uses the keyed Molex/Woodhead 1R5006A20A120 connection, formerly Brad Harrison 41310. The current manual identifies matching connector options 105000A01F0302 and 105000A01F0602. The mating cable is a separate selection and must match the installed connector.

Control and installation

Use the matching R7861A amplifier and compatible Honeywell flame-safeguard control. The current C7061 manual also documents SLATE R8001S1051 combinations. Select the complete detector, amplifier and control arrangement for the required flame-failure response; the detector alone does not define a universal response time.

The shutter must be aligned as specified in the installation instructions. Flame sighting and start-up checks must distinguish the supervised flame from ignition sparks and adjacent burners.
