Honeywell C7061F2001 is a dynamic self-check UV flame detector with 1 in. NPT pipe union mounting. It uses 8 ft (2.4 m) leadwires.
Product specification
C7061F2001 is the C7061F2 explosion-proof version with a two-piece cast-aluminum enclosure and 1 in. NPT pipe union. The manufacturer lists Class I, Groups C and D, and Class II, Groups E, F and G. Its quartz viewing window is rated 100 psi (690 kPa). These approvals must not be confused with the separate C7061F1 ATEX range.
Control and installation
Use the matching R7861A amplifier and compatible Honeywell flame-safeguard control. The current C7061 manual also documents SLATE R8001S1051 combinations. Select the complete detector, amplifier and control arrangement for the required flame-failure response; the detector alone does not define a universal response time.
The shutter must be aligned as specified in the installation instructions. Flame sighting and start-up checks must distinguish the supervised flame from ignition sparks and adjacent burners.
