The Honeywell C7027A1031 is the low-temperature C7027A configuration with 2.44 m (8 ft) leads and a rear conduit clamp. Its −40 to +102 °C operating range supports installations with lower ambient temperatures than the C7027A1023.
Product Specification
- Operating ambient temperature: −40 to +102 °C.
- Two color-coded 2.44 m (8 ft) leads; 18 AWG, NEC Class 1, plastic insulation rated for 105 °C.
- Integral ½–14 NPSM internally threaded collar for a ½-inch sight pipe.
- ½-inch flexible-conduit clamp.
- Maximum sealed pressure: 5 psi (34.5 kPa) when correctly installed.
- Sealed UV sensing tube; replacement is by complete detector assembly.
Flame Safeguard Compatibility
Use with R7849A or R7849B UV amplifiers in compatible Honeywell 7800 control systems. Honeywell also documents RA890G controls and R7249A, R7290A and R7749B amplifier combinations.
Operation is intermittent: the burner must shut down at least once every 24 hours. The detector has no dynamic self-checking shutter. R7849B checks the amplifier circuit; flame-failure response time is determined by the selected amplifier and relay module.
Compare Configurations
The C7027A1072 has the same low-temperature range and lead length, with a threaded rear spud instead of a conduit clamp. View C7027A1072 specifications.
