The Honeywell C7035A1080 is the C7035A Minipeeper variant with leads rated for 316 °C (600 °F). The detector body is rated for ambient temperatures from −18 to +121 °C. It retains the series’ field-replaceable UV sensing tube, NPSM sight-pipe mounting and weather-resistant housing.
Product Specification
- Operating ambient temperature: −18 to +121 °C.
- End-viewing UV sensor with a protective shield and field-replaceable sensing tube.
- 1–11½ NPSM internal collar for the sight pipe.
- Rear conduit connection: ½–14 NPSM internal thread.
- High-temperature leads rated for 316 °C (600 °F).
- NEMA 4 and 4X housing, with rain-tight construction.
- Maximum sealed pressure: 5 psi (34.5 kPa) when correctly installed.
Lead and Detector Temperature Ratings
The 316 °C rating applies to the leads. The detector must remain within its −18 to +121 °C operating ambient range. This version provides heat-resistant wiring without increasing the permitted temperature of the UV detector body.
Control Compatibility and Operating Duty
For R7849A or R7849B UV amplifiers in compatible Honeywell 7800 systems. Honeywell also documents combinations with RA890G controls and R7249A, R7290A and R7749B amplifiers.
The burner must cycle off at least once every 24 hours. C7035A has no dynamic self-checking shutter; R7849B checks the amplifier circuit. The amplifier and relay module determine the flame-failure response time.
Replacement UV Sensing Tube
Honeywell lists 129464M for −18 to +121 °C and 129464N for −40 to +121 °C. 129464M covers this model’s stated ambient range. These are replacement sensing tubes, separate from the complete C7035A detector assembly.
Compare Configurations
C7035A1023 has 1.83 m leads rated for 150 °C. C7035A1080 increases the lead temperature rating to 316 °C; the detector ambient limit is +121 °C for both. View C7035A1023 specifications.
