Honeywell C7061A1038 is a dynamic self-check UV flame detector with 3/4 in. NPT mounting. It uses legacy brad harrison connector.
Product specification
This legacy model combines a 3/4 in. NPT mounting connection with a Brad Harrison electrical connector. It is not the fixed-lead A1012 configuration. Retain the connector and mating-cable details when specifying replacement stock.
Replacement options
The historical Honeywell phase-out table points to C7061A1046. Its 1 in. NPT mounting connection and keyed Molex/Woodhead receptacle must be checked against the existing sight pipe and mating cable.

Control and installation
Use the matching R7861A amplifier and compatible Honeywell flame-safeguard control. The current C7061 manual also documents SLATE R8001S1051 combinations. Select the complete detector, amplifier and control arrangement for the required flame-failure response; the detector alone does not define a universal response time.
The shutter must be aligned as specified in the installation instructions. Flame sighting and start-up checks must distinguish the supervised flame from ignition sparks and adjacent burners.
